area ideal for beginners and families. Cross-country skiing fans will have a

winter hiking tours, etc. We also have a unique adventure program for the whole

get your bike reserved when booking your accomodation. we are also organising
your day trips and book excursions to the nearby poits of interest. take a look

<p> the house is situated in the heart of the thiersee-valley - central but calm.
it is built on a hill, southside with a manificent view of the lake and the
mountains - gather it from your terrace . about 100 m² are waiting for
you. breakfast over the roofs of the village or just lying in the sun - relaxing
has never been that easy ... there are several shopping facilities nearby, everything
can be reached by feet - the nearby shores of our lake, offices and banks, restaurants
and travel-stations. a free shuttle bus takes you to the near ski ressort (1
km). summer and winter - this is the center of your holiday ... </p>

The resort offers a large, signposted hiking trail system (more than 180 km).
